I started skiing over 50 years ago and have always worn glasses. When I was a kid in upstate NY The goggles over my glasses would make it very annoying with the fogging and the uncomfortable fit. In addition my glasses were always getting out of adjustment from being smushed in the goggles.
Fast forward to my early 20s when I used my GI Bill to go to opticianry school in the early 90s. I discovered goggle inserts. Game changer! Less fogging and more comfortable. As a life long athlete I have used them in many scenarios, skiing, snowboarding, snow mountain biking in the X Games, paintball, motocross, atv and atc riding.
They make my day easier, more comfortable, and safer.
