Refund policy

We are dedicated to top quality products. If your prescription insert is not working correctly or has any defects, contact us within 60 days of receiving the product. We will troubleshoot and remake the lenses or switch frames depending on the issue. We obviously want your prescription to come out flawless the first time, but occasionally we do need to remake the lenses. If problems persist, we offer to continue to remake until the product is perfect or give a 100% refund.
